I have never read such a simple, concise and effective introduction to Statistics and Probability. But the cardinal relationship between them is not mentioned. Data (Observation) → Statistical Inference → Model → Probability Distribution → Data (Prediction).

@Manigandan- Thank you for providing the avenue that cured my head ache with the subject. In school I could never get past the pure conjectural nature of Prob & Stats, I always struggled with a way to make it less monotonous, and I have found It! Truly a new perspective on the Mathematical world in general!
